  • Ensures high levels of sanitation and cleanliness are maintained
  • Helps chefs set up and break down classes and events (setting tables, food prep, clearing tables, pouring drinks during events, washing dishes, etc.)
  • Occasionally assists chefs with the instruction of classes and events
  • Keeps track of inventory
  • Demonstrates superb verbal communication when speaking to guests and employees
  • Ability to lift and bend up to 20 lbs
  • Ability to stay standing for up to three hours at a time

  • Execute assigned visual displays during floorsets as directed in company visual documents.
  • Build window and upper displays, dress bustforms, and merchandise fixtures and walls.

  • Deliver proper sizing integrity, ensure availability of sizes, and appropriate size stickering.
