Auntie Anne’s is a premiere bakery making and baking products with our fresh dough all day long as well serving up a mixture of specialty and regular drinks. 

The Shift Manager is the face of our brand and is a key position with open-ended growth opportunities.  The Shift Manager reports directly to the Store Manager.  It is a hands-on position and is trained in all aspects of the business from making products to providing excellent customer service and everything in between.

Responsibilities of Shift Manager:

-Complete both opening and closing procedures

-Ensures the quality of the product and upholds the 30-minutes freshness policy

-Coaches and trains – retrains as necessary team members so they succeed

-Possesses excellent customer and communication skills

-Enforces policies and procedures as is necessary

-Drives sales thru creating daily specials to reduce waste and increase sales

-Ensures that Health & Safety laws are being followed

-Manages team appearance and performance

-Manages the cleanliness of the store and equipment

Requirements:

-One year experience in management in a food service

-Able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50lbs

-Leads by Example

-Is detail-oriented and a multi-tasker

-Enjoys & fosters a team environment
